Bondi is getting a free beachside party this Saturday, and The Potbelleez are headlining it.
The Bondi Beach Party takes over Bondi Park on Saturday 7 November from 6–10pm, with live music, DJs and one of Sydney’s most famous beaches as the backdrop.
Best of all, it’s completely free and open to all ages.
The Potbelleez are leading the line-up
The night will be headlined by The Potbelleez featuring Muma Megs, with KVISION, Double Touch and St.Croix also taking to the stage.
The whole event is part of Bondi’s very specific excuse for a celebration: postcode 2026 in the year 2026.
It’s a one-off joke that actually makes for a pretty good party.
Free, right by the beach and with The Potbelleez on stage. This is exactly the kind of local event worth knowing about before your Saturday night plans are already locked in.
Make a night of it
Food stalls will be operating at Bondi Park, but this is also a very easy one to turn into dinner or drinks nearby before or after the music.
With the party running until 10pm, expect Bondi to be busy, so heading in early is probably the smart move.
If you’re coming with kids, the all-ages format makes this one of the more family-friendly ways to get amongst the atmosphere without committing to a ticketed event.
A couple of things to know
Bondi Park is an alcohol-free zone, so leave the BYO plans at home.
The event is free and no ticket purchase is required, but with a recognisable headliner and a Saturday night Bondi location, it’s reasonable to expect a strong crowd.
