Dog lovers, this one’s for you. Waverley Council’s Dogs Day Out is heading to Vaucluse and North Bondi this October, bringing local pups and their humans together for two community days dedicated to all things dogs.
The first event lands at Kimberley Reserve in Vaucluse on Saturday 17 October, followed by Barracluff Park in North Bondi on Saturday 24 October.
Two Saturdays, two local parks and plenty of very happy dogs.
Dogs Day Out is designed as a relaxed community event for local dog owners, with activities and information around canine health, wellbeing and responsible pet ownership.
It’s also an easy excuse to get outside, meet other dog owners from around the neighbourhood and give your four-legged family member a proper weekend outing.

While the dogs are obviously the stars of this one, Dogs Day Out also makes for an easy family outing. Bring the kids, bring the pup and spend a few hours out in the neighbourhood without having to plan an entire day around it.
Whether your dog is the social butterfly of the neighbourhood or simply very enthusiastic about leaving the house, this is one worth adding to the October calendar.
