Finding a kid friendly restaurant in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs that serves great food while keeping little ones entertained can be a challenge but I’ve tested quite a few, and these spots never disappoint!
🌊 Coogee Pavilion (Coogee) – This is hands down one of my goto family friendly restaurants in Coogee. The kids’ play area upstairs is a lifesaver, and the casual menu has something for everyone. Plus, you can’t beat the ocean views.
🍕 Da Mario (Rosebery) – My son loves pizza, so we’ve been here more times than I can count! The woodfired pizzas are some of the best in Sydney, and there’s plenty of space for families to relax without feeling cramped.
🐠 Bondi Trattoria (Bondi Beach) – A family friendly Italian restaurant in Bondi with a chilled-out vibe. We love stopping here after a beach walk good food, friendly service, and easy access to the sand for a post-meal play.
🍔 The Boat Shed (La Perouse) – This is perfect for a family lunch by the water. Fresh seafood, burgers, and plenty of space for kids to run around. The views over the bay are a bonus!
🥞 The Nine (Bondi) – This brunch spot in Bondi is a winner when we want something a little healthier. Their organic, Mediterranean inspired dishes are delicious, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it a great pick for families.
🍦 Clovelly Hotel (Clovelly) – If you’re after a kid friendly pub in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, this is it. The kids’ play area keeps them busy while you enjoy a meal, big tick!
🎨 The Grounds of Alexandria (Alexandria) – A little outside the Eastern Suburbs, but we love coming here for a fun day out. There are animals, gardens, and a great kids’ menu, so it’s worth the trip.
