With such a busy lifestyle that includes making lunches, drop offs, sports team taxi, running a business and the general mundane chores of housework, that daily ‘What’s for dinner?’ question can leave me stumped. Why this question repeatedly surprises me I don’t know.
I’ve personally had my fair share of frozen and ready made meals but I’ve become a huge fan of The Pasta Factory-Northern Rivers. They have a great product range. Now I am an absolute sucker for a pastizzi so this place is pure heaven. Throw them in to the air fryer and Voilà, everyone is happy.
My AIR FRYER is LIFE.
The hardest decision I found was what to cook. So, I created an ‘Italian Feast’ (with a hint of Malta) of Ravioli, Pesto Linguine with Burnt Butter, Spinach and Ricotta Pastizzi’s, Garlic Bread plus the Apple Pastizzi is great as dessert.. Lol
Best part is that because it’s frozen, I can use as much or as little pasta as I’d like. Even if it’s a last minute dinner party for two plus a huge bonus is that I don’t waste food. For that rare moment I had alone I opted to try the Beef Tortellini w/ Boscaiola Sauce and it was just a amazing as the quiet moment itself. Hahaha
Maybe you are single, a time poor parent or you love hosting a good dinner party or two, (don’t forget to invite us) you can grab your own piece of Italy and create a little less stress around dinner time with The Pasta Factory.
They also stock everything for that Antipasto platter too!
Visit the online HERE or drop in to 67B Minjungbal Drive, Tweed Heads South.
Just a funny that I always think of when I think Pasta Factory:
My husband thinks I’m an idiot because I’m building my own car out of spaghetti, macaroni and fusili.
She wont be laughing when I drive pasta!
BUONISSIMO!
